This article is purely based on my observations from unable to perform with dedication and consistency to trying to do it every day, yet not failing.

This is my round 2 of #100DaysOfX. I started this initiative as I found that I am unable to perform simple tasks efficiently that my colleagues are doing effortlessly. It was really striking then. It hit my belief system directly. I just wanted something that can make me better at my day to day activities.

This thought also came as a result of wanting to be my own man. I went through many motivational kinds of stuff blogs, videos, etc. It gave me a high but it was not moving me. I started observing my friends who were doing good. I found that the way they were perceiving problems, approaching work, and deadlines differentiate us. The first thing that I adopted was to perform actions. This significantly helped me but I got discouraged with failures. This continued for 6 months, I took up tasks and give up. Then one day I realized the value of habit.

I have a disturbed mind there is always chattering, the imagination of the mind seems so true that I forget the reality. I used the tool #100DaysOfX, just that I don’t post every day on Twitter. I have been connected to a community on Twitter and other social media platforms. Watching people grow every day fills me with more energy.

In the first round of #100DaysOfX it was very difficult, after every two weeks I had a mental breakdown, I am thankful to the friends and colleagues who were there with me at that time. The endeavor to show up daily got into my veins. The process was difficult, but the rewards are great.

In this second round, I am more efficient compared to round one. I am more focused on. It's more than 40 days now. I am still onto it. Today is Diwali and I couldn’t complete my tasks in the decided time. I pushed it because I am committed to the process. Working on a weekend, at a festival, I have started liking it but I still but sometimes it really hurts. I want to develop a mindset where I am joyful of my existence. I hope this endeavor will turn me into a joyful being.
