My first international conference

When I started blogging and networking my aim was to get connected to the thoughts of the best people in the industry whether it is software or business. There was a milestone that we decided to reach which is to get a guest entry into an esteemed conference.

We estimated to achieve this desired goal in one and a half to two years of committed efforts. This was based on the fact that I was new to all this and if I will not be able to cope up with my stuff. So a bounce-back time, but I am happy to announce that I got a guest invitation into an esteemed group aspire where they talk about empowering the present state of women.

I was happy to hear the speakers and networked with the CEOs and founders of various companies. It was really inspiring to meet different people from all over the world. This helped me shape a better perspective. I was invited as a guest there and I also expressed my thoughts on inclusive development.

The session was a hit but what amazes me is the fact that I was able to achieve this in about 8 months, half of the time that we thought to invest. This is really amazing. But walking this path sometimes is a hard path as there is no real cash in my hand while my friends are making more money, though I want to turn my life into a process-driven form seeing people getting ahead of me in terms of salary sometimes makes me ask the question, is it worth it?

What exactly I want to ask myself is, Is excellence worth it? Because I am giving myself time daily, daily I am following my rituals of attracting riches into my life, but still, I have nothing in my hand. Maybe I am lacking patience. But this thought is coming into my mind because people I know who are not giving in the way I have been are getting better results.

But I am forgetting the fact that how can I say that they are not giving in the way I have been giving in. All that I have in my hands is my own karma, rest success depends on many different factors.

From the mental passage that I drew I just need to have patience and work towards my goals I need to keep walking the path that I think is an important need to stay committed to it and the right things will start happening to me at the right time.
