Stress has become an integral part of human societies. Instead of viewing it as an ailment people have started viewing it as a virtue. We learn time management, work management, now they have started teaching us Stress management.

Stress is a condition when we are unable to handle life situations in our set of standards and we feel miserable about it. Doesn’t matter if you are a rich man or enslaved in poverty, knowledgeable or an ignorant majority of the people lead a stressful life.

As this is a condition of mind, it is more a psychological problem instead of an external stimulus. This is a person’s inability to properly utilize his basic faculties' mind and body effectively. You would have seen a work that is misery to one person is a playful activity to others. Running a company is a tough job for most people but a playful activity for entrepreneurs. This happens because of various reasons But the primary one is how they have turned themselves, what is their mindset when they are approaching an activity.

If you are stressed and looking for a solution, check at what is it that is causing stress within you. Check your feelings on how exactly do you feel and what your brain is thinking at that moment. You may not be able to see your thoughts, adopt some meditative practices to be good at looking at the chatter of your mind. Try to give yourself positive self-talk now. Keep repeating it time and again, there will come one day when you will start liking the thing that makes you stressful whether it is your office, boss, spouse, or neighbor.

This works at a basic level to help you to deal with stress but to make life situations more appropriate and to take an exponential leap in your life you need to check how the way you are living to a point to see how you are eating. Every action that we perform has a consequence in our life. Performing it on an everyday basis brings scale and the consequences look like an over-night success or failure. For in depth knowledge I would advise looking through the topics and books, Power of Compounding, Atomic Habits, Yoga and Meditation.
